When you submit our contact form, you are telling Divine Good Offers it is okay to call or text you about the property you entered, even if we use an automated dialing system or a prerecorded message to do it.
Who is contacting you. Divine Good Offers, the same company whose form you submitted.
How we may contact you. Phone calls and text messages. Calls may use an automatic telephone dialing system, and voicemails may be prerecorded messages.
Which phone number. The phone number you entered on the form.
What the calls are about. Your property and the offer we are preparing.
Message and data rates. Your carrier may charge for texts or data used during a call. Those are your carrier fees, not ours.
This is not a condition of any sale. Giving consent is optional. If you do not want calls or texts, you can still reach us at (516) 331-1907.
Text messages. Reply STOP to any text we send.
Phone calls. Tell the person on the call, or call (516) 331-1907 and ask to be added to our do not call list.
You can take back your consent at any time through any reasonable channel. Taking it back applies going forward and does not affect calls already placed.
When you submit the form, we keep a record of your consent, including the date and time you submitted it. We keep this record for five years so we can verify your consent if it is ever questioned.
For reference, the sentence on our contact form reads:
By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your property. No spam, no obligation.
